State/territory SVGs are vendored with only trailing whitespace cleanup from
https://github.com/jwarby/malaysia-state-flag-icon-css
at commit 94d68e118e8878682228baa263d9ef60952b4442, flags/1x2. They are served locally;
there is no runtime CDN request. Each asset retains its individual license
below; CC BY-SA assets remain under CC BY-SA 3.0. Attribution is also available
from the website footer at /site/flag-credits. No publisher artwork was copied
for the ranking redesign.
